A four-week parish rollout

Nothing here needs a tech volunteer. This is the sequence parishes that actually stick with it use — leaders first, families second, printed guide every week after that.

WhenStepWhat happens
Week 0Pick the seriesChoose the passages your teaching is already in. Quests are mapped to them, so home reading reinforces Sunday rather than competing with it.
Week 1Leaders firstKids-ministry and small-group leaders run the daily quest themselves for seven days, so nobody is recommending something they haven't used.
Week 2Families invitedOne announcement, one link, one code. Families join under the parish licence — no per-family paperwork.
Week 3First streak checkThe leader dashboard shows participation and streaks only. Reflections and answers stay private to the family, always.
OngoingWeekly guideOne printable page per week: the passage, discussion questions for two age bands and the memory verse.

What church leaders ask before they commit

Can leaders see what children write?

No. Leaders see participation and streaks. Reflections, prayer notes and quiz answers stay inside the family account — this is a hard boundary, not a setting.

Which translation and tradition does it assume?

Quests are ecumenical: the passage carries the teaching. Catholic, Anglican, Baptist, Pentecostal and Orthodox parishes all run the same daily reading, and the seasonal calendars follow Advent and Lent.

What about families who share one phone?

A family account holds multiple children on one device. The daily quest is designed to be done together out loud, so one screen is the normal case, not a workaround.

How do we refer other parishes?

Referrals are rewarded with free parish licence tiers — never cash. Ten referred families unlocks the first tier and it scales from there.
