Refund Policy

ArkQuest offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team with the email address you used at checkout and we will process the refund within a few business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals (after the initial purchase) are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage subscription to prevent future charges. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
